3. How can I refund, return, and exchange my products?
Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. SHOPPICKS is a flash sale platform; all products bought are final sale.
Should you receive any items with defects, you must contact our customer service within 7 days. If possible, we will provide an exchange otherwise a refund will be processed.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been submitted.
5. What should I do if I entered my personal information incorrectly during the checkout process? (Recipient’s name, phone number, email address and mailing address)
Please contact our customer service within 3 hours after placing the order. Kindly note that if the goods have been delivered, we will not bear the costs incurred.
6. How do I know if my SHOPPICKS order was placed successfully?
If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! You can also log in your account to view your order history and search for your most recent order.
7. What can I do if I do not receive an order confirmation email?
Please check your Spam/Junk folder of your registered email account. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please email to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
8. How long does SHOPPICKS take to ship?
Hong Kong: delivered in 4-7 business days, depending on product availability (excluding Outlying Islands)
Macau: 7 - 10 business days, depending on product availability
No delivery service available on Sundays and Holidays.
(Note: During peak seasons, there may be delays in delivery, such as; New Year, Christmas…..)
9. Does SHOPPICKS offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping for orders over HKD$500, or subject to the prevailing marketing campaign for free shipping. Please check out more details on our Shipping Policy.
10. What can I do if there’s a delay or I can’t receive my delivery?
There’s no action needed to take, you may continue tracking your delivery from the orders section. If you don’t receive your delivery within the standard shipping days, please contact our customer service for assistance.
11. What payment method can I use?
We accept payment in credit cards (Amex, Visa and Master), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay and Tap&Go to settle your payment.
12. How do I track the status of my order?
Updates on the status of your orders will be sent to you by email. You may also track your order online by logging in your SHOPPICKS account.

13. How come I could not purchase the products in my Shopping Cart?
Items in your shopping cart will NOT be held. SHOPPICKS is a flash sale platform, and all purchases are first come, first served. To secure your purchase you must proceed to checkout.
14. Are your products authentic?
Yes, we work directly with the brands and the brands’ official distributors to ensure that all products we sell are authentic.
15. How can I accumulate points from my purchase?
Members can earn points after placing an order: HKD$1 = 1 point. The points will be automatically added to your member account. You can redeem cash coupons later on at the member portal. Redemption details are as follows:
- 1000 points = $20 cash coupon
- 2500 points = $55 cash coupon
- 5000 points = $120 cash coupon
